If you do live in our attendance area, you may pick up a Registration Packet and Residency Affidavit in the office. You may complete the papers in the office or take them with you. When you are ready to turn in the completed packet, you will need the following: your child's birth certificate, your child's immunization records, your photo ID, a mortgage statement or rental agreement, a current utility bill (PG&E or City of Tracy) and one other current bill with your address. The most recent report card from your last school is helpful in assigning classes, but is not necessary.
You may come to register at any time. Our office hours during the school year are 7:30am - 4:30pm. Please keep in mind that our office does get busy directly before and after school and during lunch time (11:00am - 12:30pm). It may take a little longer to register during that time. If everything is completed and accepted by 3:00pm your child may be able to start school on the following day.
Students who had an IEP or 504 plan at their previous school should have a copy of their most recent plan.
