After School Learning Labs -

Once again, THS is proud to offer to all students Learning Labs in each content area! If a student needs a little extra help on an assignment, please let them know about our wonderful Labs! Students can attend all or part of a Lab session as they are drop in Labs. They must, however, come with work to do, be on task, and follow all rules. Labs are also a great place to study if students want to work in study groups with one another and have a teacher close at hand to help them should they get stuck.
 All Labs run from 3:20pm - 4:20pm
Social Science - Mr. Nunn - A218 - Tuesdays
Math - Mr. Hern - A109 - Wednesdays
Modern Language - Mr. Melgarejo - D102 - Thursdays
English - Mr. Musich - A207 - Wednesdays
Science - Ms. Del - E107 - Wednesdays

 Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to November.  This year has already been successful for our students in so many ways. Our Homecoming week was one of the best ever, and Fall sports continue to shine.  Boys Soccer will host their first playoff game at THS on Tuesday, November 3rd.  Our Varsity Volleyball team was victorious over St. Mary’s and Lincoln each in 3 games straight to end their regular season.  The crowd of students supporting the Volleyball team when they played was amazing, and now the team is preparing for playoffs.  Our Cross Country team is heading to subsections, and the Girls Tennis team has players still competing in the post season. Our Football players are busy training for the crosstown classic game against West High School on Friday, November 6th which will be in our home stadium this year. GO BULLDOGS!
The arts at Tracy High are flourishing as well. Our Band continues to amaze as they won first place for Parade and Field Show at the Feste Del Mar Band Review and first place in Parade for the Franklin Band Review.  If you are looking for an evening out at the theater, look no further than Tracy High School.  The THS Drama students will be performing the play Jolly Roger on November 6th and 7th. Tickets are $8.  Please come out and support our wonderful student actors.
Please remind your student to continue to work hard during the second quarter.  This time of year goes by quickly with the holidays. There are only 15 school days in November and 15 in December.  There is very little time to catch up if students fall behind or do not turn in their homework.  Ask your student about their classes and continue to check their grades on Aeries. Finals will be held on December 16, 17, and 18 to end the semester.
Jason Noll, Principal
