The number of books that our students are carrying to and from school seems to be growing every year. It’s painful to see our students hauling around 30-40 lbs of books on their backs. With our latest textbook adoptions, the publishers are now offering electronic options for textbooks. Depending on the subject, textbooks are available online with a password, on CD & DVD to check out in our library like a regular textbook, or on CD for us to make copies for our students to keep. These electronic versions are available mostly for our 6th-8th grade students. For a complete listing with more information visit our school website listed above. You can also have your child go to the library to check out electronic versions or to get information. Our librarian specialist, Ms. Crystal Bates, would be happy to assist. Textbooks are also available on CD. Students may bring in a blank CD and the library specialist will make a copy of the textbook for the student to keep.
