 WHAT'S HAPPENING

  For EADMS Online Testing:
                       https://www.eadms.com/onlinetesting/testing/online/studentlogin.aspx

------------
Extremely Important: All 7th and 8th graders must have up to date vaccinations, including the T-dap vaccination, before attending school. Please check your child's vaccination history and plan accordingly so that your child can start school on the first day, August 8, 2016.

SARC

All public schools are required to prepare and distribute a SARC (School Accountability Report Card). The purpose of the report card is to provide parents and the community with important information about each public school. A SARC can be an effective way for a school to report on its progress in achieving goals. The public may also use a SARC to evaluate and compare schools on a variety of indicators.  SARCs are prepared with information from the previous school year.  The 2013-14 SARCs can be obtained from the school website and district website at https://www.tracy.k12.ca.us/AboutTUSD/SitePages/SARC.aspx.   Paper copies will be made available, upon request.

PARKING LOT SAFETY - Please stay in your lane and watch out for pedestrians so that everyone is safe. Also, ONLY staff cars are allowed in the back parking lot. Please do not let your child off there.

REMINDER - Whenever you pick up your student early from school, please remember to bring your ID to the office.  We check ID every time on every student to ensure our students' safety.  Thanks for your cooperation!

LANYARDS: Students are required to wear their IDs on a lanyard around their necks every day.  Please make sure that your child has the ID and lanyard ready to wear as he/she leaves for school. Thanks!

 PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Mustang Students and Families,

We had a great turnout for Science Camp Information Night. We are always happy to send our Sixth graders off to science camp for an incredible experience! Students are already fundraising to reduce the cost for all students. There will be a Bowl-A Thon fundraiser on September 26th. Contact your child's teacher if you would like more fundraising information.
We had our first WEB day on Wednesday the 7th. Our WEB leaders spent first lunch with the sixth grade students, making valuable connections for all!
A quick reminder that Picture Make Up day is September 19th. If you were unable to come to pre-registration before school started, this is the day that your child will take his picture and receive his ID. Remember that students are required to wear IDs each day, all day.
