Easy Ways To Earn Money For George Kelly School
There are many great ways to raise money for the school through merchant contributions.
eScrip:  Let your shopping be your fundraiser.  Participating businesses like Safeway, SaveMart, Macy’s, Barnes and Noble (to name a few) contribute a portion of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card and debit/ATM purchases to the school or group of your choice.  Online shopping is also available.  Go to for details.  It is simple to sign up and a great way to give to the school by making everyday purchases.  You will need to go onto the website and
re-register your cards every year. This money goes into the school’s general fund.
10% Back To Schools:  Safeway is currently promoting a “10% Back to Schools” fundraiser.  Buy participating products marked with yellow school bus tags.   10% of your purchase can support the school when you use your Safeway Club Card August 14th  through September 10th, 2013.  See store for details. This money goes into the school’s general fund.  You can register your afeway card at
Target:  Target has a “Take Charge of Education” program through the use of the Target credit card.  Designate George Kelly School and we will receive 1% back from each of your purchases.
BoxTops/Campbell soup labels:  On packages of select General Mills products, you can find “BoxTop” coupons. You can also turn in the labels from Campbell's soup.  These labels are redeemed for points and can be redeemed for items the school needs. You can go to and for more information on these programs.  There will be a contest twice during the year for the class that collects the most box tops.  Information will be sent home at a later date. Teachers will gladly accept these labels throughout the year.
Ink Cartridge/Cell Phone Recycling: Every year this generates money in Staples Certificates with our ink cartridge program.  We used this for most of the copying needed for the fundraiser flyers.  This fundraiser is a great way to teach our children the value of recycling.   These can be dropped off in the office all year round.
Rainbow Italian Ice:  Rainbow Ice is at our school every Friday after school (weather permitting) and at most events.  They give 20% back to our school.  Come by and enjoy a refreshing treat.
Gift Card Program:  We have gift cards available for purchase.  These are the same gift cards you buy in the store except the school gets a return from each card sold.  Amounts and availability will vary.  However if we do not have it in stock we will be putting orders in about every 1-3 months.  Contact Carolyn at for information and availability.
Thank you for your continued support to these programs. We hope to continue assisting the school through your generous support with these programs.
