  • Staff Parking Lot
    • New signs have been posted in our staff parking lot. The staff parking lot is ONLY for staff and requires a permit to park in this area. Any vehicle parked in this area without a permit will be cited or towed by city officials. To ensure safety, our parking lot is monitored by the Tracy Police Department.

  • Parents please DO NOT use the parking lot as a drop off or pick up area! It is not safe for the children.

  • Attendance is IMPORTANT!
    • Teachers cannot teach students who are not in school. There is strong evidence that shows regular attendance can result in significant improvements in test scores.
    • Each month, our school goal is 98% attendance.

  • Closed Campus
    • All visitors must sign in at the office and wear a visitor's sticker.  We are a closed campus for the safety of all our students.

 PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Kelly Families,

We are coming to the final weeks of the 2015-2016 school year! It has been a wonderful and eventful year!
The 3rd-8th graders are in the final steps of completing the CASPP testing as of this month.  The staff and students have done a fantastic job completing the  lengthy testing of both Math and ELA this year! Way to go!
George Kelly is proud to announce we will be hosting our annual Relay for Life on May 4th  in effort to help support the fight against cancer. Last year we raised over $2,500 and hope to beat  that amount this year! We look forward to everyone coming out and supporting this great cause!
George Kelly’s annual Talent Show is happening this month on May 10th from 6:00-8:00 pm. We look forward to the entertainment of talented Kelly students!! Hope to see you all there!
As the school year comes to an end, I would like to wish you all a wonderful and relaxing summer!

Dr. Jeanine Wilson, Principal

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE:

I am thrilled to be a part of the George Kelly community! I have enjoyed getting to know the students, staff, and parents each day! Teachers and staff have the students’ best interests at heart…as I notice that relationships are strong and trusting between many! The standards and expectations for students to achieve success in their academics and character traits are easily noticeable. Thank you for a great first year and making me feel like an integral part of this team.  Please feel free to come by or drop me an email at mpetty@tusd.net…my door is always open!
      Ms. Mary Petty
