  • FPM – Federal Program Monitoring http://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/cr/ 
    Federal and state laws require the California Department of Education (CDE) to monitor implementation of categorical programs operated by local educational agencies (LEAs). LEAs are responsible for creating and maintaining programs which meet requirements.   Tracy Unified is in Cycle D and is scheduled for an on-site review in the fall of 2017.

    The Williams Settlement (EC35186) created procedures for the filing of complaints concerning deficiencies related to instructional materials, conditions of facilities that are not maintained in a clean or safe manner or in good repair, or teacher vacancy and misassignment.  For more information about this regulation or to file a complaint please use the complaint form linked below.
