To register your student for Kindergarten, please use our Aeries Online Enrollment Form found HERE .
 
Allow 20-30 minutes to complete the Aeries Online Enrollment process.  

Once the Aeries Online Enrollment process is completed, submission options are as follows on or after 3/3/25;

•Provide documents in person to the assigned school

Required documents:

· Sign and date online enrollment packet

· Parent/Guardian’s Photo ID

· Completed Student Residency Questionnaire

· Proof of residency documents (please refer to Student Residency Questionnaire Section A and B)

· Student’s updated immunization record stamped by Physician

· Copy of County birth certificate

· Withdrawal form from previous school (if applicable)

· Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)

· Physical Exam stamped by a licensed provider

·   Oral Health Assessment

·   Legal Documents (if applicable)
