Welcome to the Facilities Department
The Facilities & Planning Department is responsible for developer mitigation, property acquisition, facility master planning, facility construction and reconstruction, maintaining federal, state and local agency regulations, contracts management of facilities related funds including developer fees and other mitigation funds, bond funds, the deferred maintenance funds, redevelopment funds and reconstruction funds.
