 PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

April 2016
Dear Wildcat Parent and Guardians,
I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break. Welcome Back!
April is a very busy month as we continue with our SBAC testing. A few dates to be aware of and plan for are:
·         April 12th:  Parent Club meets at 6:00PM in the library
·         April 15th:  8th grade Promotion packets are due back to the office with signed permission slips
·         April 21st:  Open House starts at 5:30PM. Parent Club will have dinner options for you. More information will be coming out about that soon. Open House is from 5:30-7:00PM
·         April 29th:  No school. It is a staff development day for teachers.
It would be very helpful if you could please review the dress codes and behavior expectations with your child located in the student agenda. We have policies about shorts, tank tops, and colors.
There are many activities and clubs after school for your child to be involved in. Please see our posted bulletin for all of the options.
Please do not hesitate to contact your child’s teacher or counselor if you are concerned about grades or other issues. We are sharing one of our counselors with another school so please be patient.
Thank you for your support and involvement in your child’s education. I look forward to see you at Open House.
Regards,
Barbara Montgomery
