Principal's Message

We are officially past the half way point of the school year. It is hard to believe we only have 75 school days left!  Every student and every day at school counts. Each student contributes so much to their class. When they are absent they can’t contribute! Absences can affect the whole classroom if the teacher has to slow down learning to help children catch up. School attendance is one of the most important elements of a student’s success at school.
Below is the attendance percentage by grade level for the month of January. As you will see all are below the district standard of 98%:
Kindergarten  93.15%
1st grade  94.87%
2nd grade 96.20%
3rd  grade 96.80%
4th  grade 96.49%
5th grade 94.70%
Please help us build your child’s success at school by ensuring they are at school every day and on time.
