 PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Hello Villalovoz Families,

We have officially started our third and final trimester for the year. We held our 2nd trimester assemblies on 2/24/17. There were 58 students who earned Honor Roll and 64 who earned Principals Honor Roll. I could not be more proud of all of our students.
Our wonderful PFC held a movie night on 2/24/17 and the turn-out was great! I want to thank all of our parents on PFC for their continued hard work and support in providing students with opportunities to have fun while supporting the school.
We have started preparing for Smarter Balanced Assessment (state testing), which will begin in April. Students will be taking the assessment in grades 3rd-5th. The assessment is adaptive and computer based. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase new computer devices for our 3rd grade students this year. As a result, all students will be taking the assessment on personal devices in their classrooms. While students are testing please be sure that they arrive on time and get a good night’s rest.

Thank you for all your help and support.
Ms. Karim
