Duncan-Russell Continuation High School is known as “Cyber High”
·         Cyber High Provides On-Line Courses for High School Credit Recovery
·         At-Risk Students Given the Opportunity to Get Back “On Track” to Graduate
Cyber High’s On-Line Credit Recovery program provides Duncan-Russell students with an opportunity to succeed where they have not succeeded in the past.
Through the encouragement that success brings Duncan-Russell’s Cyber High students become self-motivated to succeed academically giving them the opportunity to graduate

Duncan-Russell Cyber High Offers an Alternative Approach by:

Afternoon Session: 11:30-2:30
There are no early release days or minimum days.


Dear Duncan-Russell High School Parents and Students:
The Duncan-Russell High School Staff and I hope you are enjoying your summer, however we will be back in school before you know it. I am writing to you, parents and students, in the hope that we can start off the new school year ready to learn on the first day.
Registration Information
Included in this letter is the Registration Packet for Duncan Russell Continuation High School Cyber High Credit Recovery Program.
·         Beginning and returning Duncan-Russell High School Students must complete the packet.
o   The completed Registration Packet must be returned to Duncan-Russell Continuation High School Office before students can begin the new school year.
·         The Duncan-Russell High School Office is open for registration starting:
Monday, August 1, 2016
·         The Duncan-Russell High School Office hours are:  8:00am to 3:00pm
         *Closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00pm.
There are two class sessions at Duncan-Russell High School:
1.      The Morning Session is the AM Session; it begins at 8:00am and ends at 11:00am.
2.      The Afternoon Session is the PM Session; it begins at 11:30am and ends at 2:30pm.
Returning Duncan-Russell High School Students If you attended Duncan-Russell High School last semester you are scheduled to remain in the same class session.
New Duncan-Russell High School Students/Parents If you do not know the class session you are scheduled to attend please call:

Below is additional important information to help you start the new school year:
The first day of the 2016-2017 school year is: Monday, August 8, 2016
Duncan-Russell High School is in session Monday thru Friday
Duncan-Russell High School hours are the same each day. There are no Early Release Mondays or Minimum Days
Attendance will be counted starting on the first day of school. This includes being on time.
You should arrive at Duncan-Russell High School with enough time before your scheduled session to walk to the classroom and be in your seat when class begins.
Students must enter and exit Willow via the Grant Line parking lot entrance.
Attending Duncan-Russell Continuation High School’s Cyber High Program is a privilege. Students who violate the policies and procedures found in the Duncan-Russell Continuation High School Student Handbook are subject to discipline, which may include dropping the student from the program and returning them to their home high school or referral by Student Services to the San Joaquin County Schools.
Driving to school is a privilege. Duncan-Russell Continuation High School students driving to school, or persons giving rides to Duncan-Russell Continuation High School students must obey the rules of the road as defined in the California Vehicle Code at all times, whether in the parking lot or on the street. Any dangerous driving, including spinning tires or high speeds will not be tolerated and those involved will lose the privilege to enter onto school property while in a motor vehicle, and those students attending Duncan-Russell High School will be subject to discipline and removal from Duncan-Russell Continuation High School Cyber High Credit Recovery Program.
Please review the Duncan Russell Dress Code carefully. It will be enforced on the first day of school.
Hats, Backpacks or Purses are NOT Allowed
